Monthly subscription boxes will ship by the 15th of every month. One-time candle boxes will ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
You can cancel anytime from your customer portal. Log in using the email you used at checkout and open your account. Go to the Subscriptions tab and find your Aim + Pearl subscription. Click Manage, then select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.
Click Cancel My Subscription and confirm. Your subscription will be stopped and no future renewals will be charged.
